Making a request — If you need to cancel an order, email ninaperfumery@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order details. A request is not accepted until we confirm it in writing.
Orders in progress — We will review cancellation requests individually. We may be unable to cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund is handled under the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
